Launching with Confidence and Following Through
Hello March; It's our Annual In-person Event this Month!
We’ve just wrapped up our final group coaching session on the art of the launch, and if there was one overarching theme, it was this: the launch doesn’t end when the buy button goes live.
Launching is a high-energy, often emotional rollercoaster. Whether you’re debuting a new service or a physical product, the gap between Back-of-House (the quiet, gritty planning and creating) and Front-of-House (the public execution) can feel like a chasm.
Here is a recap of our key takeaways on how to bridge that gap with confidence.
The Power of the Pivot
Leona shared her recent journey launching a new business, emphasising that while a solid framework is essential, rigidity is the enemy of progress. A plan gives you the floor to stand on so you can navigate the inevitable emotions of a launch without falling through.
Patience is a Strategy
We had a powerful discussion about planting seeds. Michelle shared her experience with her sweater launch - a product that garnered immediate love but slower initial sales.
In a world of instant results, we have to remember:
Launches aren’t one-and-done events. They are the start of a conversation.
The Pinterest Effect: Much like a pin that gains traction months later, your marketing efforts often have a long tail. Trust the process and keep showing up.
From Theory to Action: The 20 Reasons Challenge
To keep the momentum going, many of our participants are tackling a specific mindset shift this week. We’ve challenged them to list 20 reasons why they are genuinely interested in their own launch.
Why? Because if you aren’t sold on your own magic, your audience might not be either. This exercise moves you away from “I’m selling this” to “I love why this exists,” which naturally generates more authentic content.
